Xperience Salon & Day Spa continues to ensure a healthful environment for our clients by upholding a no smoking policy.
The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.
Due to COVID-19, friends and family of the client are not allowed to wait in the reception area while the client receives a service, unless they are that client’s legal guardian.
Notification of cancelation must be received 24 hours in advance by phone. Clients who cancel their reservation within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full price of the service that was scheduled. Chronic problems with cancellations may require a client to pay in advance for services. A decrease in services on arrival will result in full payment of the services scheduled.
No-shows will be charged the full price of service that was scheduled.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Late arrival to an appointment means less time with the service provider. You may stay, but you will only receive a balance of your session and you will still pay the full price. We recommend clients arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to ensure there is adequate time for paperwork and consultation before each service. Providers are not required to wait more than 15 minutes for late arrivals who have not called ahead. If you are tardy for your appointment by 15 minutes or more, and the service provider has not heard from you, the provider has the right to leave the site or refuse service and consider you a no-show for your appointment. From there, the no-show policy will apply.
Congratulations on scheduling your spa party for your special event. Parties will pay a $150 deposit when scheduling the event. The deposit will be non-refundable if the party OR a member of the party is cancelled for any reason. One week notification is required for changes on spa parties. The deposit will be applied to services received the day of the event, as long as no members of the party decrease or cancel services.
Please understand when you cancel your appointment without providing adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
Arriving early, whenever possible, will allow you time to relax and make the most of our “hands on” time. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Clients may come early and take advantage of our quiet room before services.
We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Xperience Salon & Day Spa. Just ask one of our appointment coordinators. We’ll arrange everything.

For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home – one less thing to think about! We also ask that you change into the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
Although not included in our pricing, gratuities are appreciated. Standard gratuity for services is 20%. Clients may also specify how they want the gratuity divided among multiple service providers. A 20% gratuity will be included on all parties of 4 or more.
